About Lucy
Lucy Cook is a one-of-a-kind artist, with a passion for color. She graduated from the MacEwan Fine Arts program but realized her passion for painting from a young age. Studying under the wing of acclaimed artist, Eileen Rucher-Sutton since her teens, Lucy has blossomed in her art career; sharing her passions through teaching painting, live painting, and showing her artwork at local music venues, shops, and markets.

Lucy uses her love of colour to express the love she has for her home landscape: Alberta, Canada. From the rockies and the forests, to its lakes and rivers, to the sunsets and sunrises, her paintings emanate bright colours that are rich with saturation. It's her striking use of colour and her devoted passion to create that make her paintings so vibrant.
